Shari is a Partner and the Performance Management lead in KPMG's Finance Advisory practice. She has more than 20 years hands-on business experience, with extensive experience in supporting education clients with a variety of strategic, analytical and financial reviews.
Shari uses her broad background and financial risk and project management knowledge to develop, or oversee, strong strategy, costing and financial analysis, and business case methodologies.
Prior to joining KPMG, Shari performed a variety of core finance leadership roles within financial services and higher education sectors including finance transformation, finance planning & analysis, finance infrastructure & systems implementations and operations performance & optimisations.
