Paul is an experienced workforce specialist who has played a key role in the successfully delivery of more than 60 projects spanning workforce planning, workforce strategy, workforce analysis, HR metrics, organisational design and cultural change. He has extensive experience working within Defence and Defence Industry and Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare sectors delivering evidence-based analysis in support of policy proposals, change programs, major capability investments and organisational efforts to improve attraction, development and retention.
As a global specialist for workforce planning, Paul contributes to KPMG’s Global Centre of Excellence for Workforce and in 2024, undertook a six-month secondment to Dublin to establish and implement workforce planning for one of the largest departments in the Irish Civil Service’s.
Paul joined KPMG in 2015 and became a Director in 2021. Prior to KPMG, Paul developed his workforce planning and cultural change skills working as an executive-level employee in various Australian government departments.
