Since 2021, Natalie has played a leading role in building KPMG’s Payment Times Reporting (PTR) services, developing methodologies, tools and frameworks used to support clients throughout the PTR lifecycle. She works closely with finance, procurement and compliance teams to design and implement practical end-to-end PTR solutions across data, systems, governance and reporting.
As a specialist in PTR, she helps her clients understand, prepare and comply with Australia’s Payment Times Reporting regime to improve their payment performance and broader working capital outcomes.
Recognised for her knowledge of PTR legislation, regulatory guidance and reforms, she draws on her extensive experience to support large organisations with complex reporting matters, including consolidated reporting, data remediation and regulator readiness.
She is skilled at identifying and addressing payment behaviour risks through data analysis, diagnostic reviews, remediation programs and governance improvements. Her work helps organisations reduce non-compliance risk, improve payment practices and strengthen their relationships with small business suppliers.
Working alongside KPMG’s Working Capital Advisory team, Natalie can deliver integrated technology-based solutions that improve payment discipline, transparency and overall working capital performance in line with regulatory requirements.
