Patty is an experienced non-executive director with deep strategic and business-building expertise. She has over 35 years’ experience working as a board director and senior executive in companies within the retail, energy, health, and financial services sectors.
Patty is an internationally respected leader in the field of climate change. She is co-founder of Assembly Climate Capital, an impact investment firm that supports early-stage climate ventures. In 2024 she was appointed as a member of the Australian Government Climate Change Authority and is Chair of Environmental Leadership Australia.
She is committed to the role that businesses can play in decarbonisation and is particularly passionate about the role of women in the net zero transition. She has a range of philanthropic interests and previously served as a non-Executive Director of Belvoir Theatre Company, Sea Forest and The Hunger Project.
Patty is a member of Chief Executive Women and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. In recognition of her contribution to business, Patty was awarded the Centenary Medal for Services to Australian Society in Business Leadership.
