      Arash has over 17 years of experience advising on complex, high-value transactions. A Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory – Tax group and a lawyer by training, he specialises in providing strategic tax advice to listed and private groups as well as major inbound investors.

      Drawing on his extensive cross‑border experience, Arash supports clients through all stages of complex mergers and acquisitions, helping them navigate the commercial, structural and tax considerations of major transactions.

      Arash is passionate about mentoring and developing junior professionals and enjoys speaking at industry forums on evolving real estate tax trends.

      Prior to KPMG, Arash worked at PwC, a global professional services firm, where he practiced in both Sydney and the UK. He was a key member of their London-based Real Estate Deals Tax team where he focused on pan-European transactions for global investment funds.
