In the face of social and political disruption, investment in ethical decision-making for our people has never been more important.

Leveraging our partnership with The Ethics Centre, the KPMG Ethical Leadership Summit in March built on the solid ethical foundation we’ve achieved over the past three years.

The Summit successfully mobilised and upskilled over 250 emerging leaders and included market-leading experts coupled with our most senior leaders, to explore ethical leadership, decision-making, and trust with practical application.

This investment inspired our emerging leaders to think beyond what’s easy, or convenient, and step into the power of what’s right as they advance our ethical culture with their teams.

Following the Ethical Leadership Summit, 99% of participants reported feeling equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to support our 'speak-up' culture, and 99% felt motivated to put in significant effort to uphold our ethical standards.
