As a tax partner, Gustav Wurm focuses on national and international corporate tax law. He structures and supports cross-border reorganizations and restructurings—from mergers, demergers, and contributions to cross-border interlockings—and advises on the tax-optimized structuring of corporate transactions. In doing so, he combines legal and business perspectives to create clear, audit-proof solutions: from tax due diligence and deal structuring to financing and holding concepts to loss utilization, exit planning, and post-merger integration.
Another focus is on tax governance, ruling and administrative proceedings, and the coordination of international projects. As a specialist author and lecturer – including at JKU Linz – he brings current developments to bear in a practical manner.
