      Philipp Rümmele is Tax Director at KPMG and focuses on domestic and foreign banks and investment funds. 

      He primarily advises on questions of capital gains tax, domestic and foreign withholding taxes as well as tax reporting issues and supports financial institutions in fulfilling their reporting obligations under FATCA, CRS/GMSG, Qualified Intermediary, Account Register, Digital Income Tax Exemption, CESOP. 

      He accompanies foreign funds from the initial OeKB registration to the ongoing distribution and annual reports to the final liquidation and merger reports or, alternatively, also prepares self-statements.
