Leonardo Peikoff is a manager in the Deals & Strategy department at KPMG Austria and supports technology-oriented start-ups and scale-ups in strategic growth decisions. His focus is on the preparation and implementation of financing rounds, investor processes and M&A transactions.
As lead of the Emerging Giants program, he is responsible for the expansion of KPMG's scale-up ecosystem in Austria. He supports founding teams across all phases, from valuation and positioning to financial storytelling and investor approach to negotiation and implementation of the transaction.
His professional focus is on technology and VC-driven business models as well as digital assets and blockchain. As the central contact person for the global scale-up program Global Tech Innovator, he is also helping to shape the international development of the topic at KPMG.
