Jürgen Mellitzer is an Advisory Partner with a focus on management consulting in the financial sector. He supports CFOs and finance organizations in the strategic alignment and organizational design of the finance department as well as in the optimization and standardization of end-to-end finance processes. Another focus is on the interface between the business department and IT – from the target image and operating model to process and system design and implementation. He accompanies finance transformations holistically, including program and change management, and increases operational effectiveness and transparency in accounting, controlling and reporting.
