Jürgen Lederer is an audit partner and advises national and international Austrian companies and corporations as an auditor and consultant.
His focus is on the audit of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards as well as advising industrial and commercial companies, family businesses and start-ups, especially in the areas of commercial and corporate law, compliance and internal control systems, corporate transactions and corporate tax law. He is also a specialist lecturer in the areas of accounting, annual financial statement processes and internal control systems.
