In his role as Deputy Head of the Advisory division at KPMG Austria, Hermann Kammerlander has been supporting buyers and sellers for many years in national and international corporate transactions. The advisory services include end-to-end support – from strategic preparation, through financial, tax, and commercial due diligence, to negotiation and post-deal implementation.
Another focus is on company valuations according to national and international standards, as well as the creation and assessment of business plans and economic concepts, for example, for investment decisions, financing, or restructurings.
His industry focus is on banks and financial service providers, as well as industrial and energy companies.
He is a certified public accountant and tax advisor.
