Yann Georg Hansa is a certified public accountant and tax advisor specializing in industrial and service companies and medium-sized businesses. In addition to auditing financial statements in accordance with UGB and IFRS, he provides client-oriented advice on internal auditing, internal control and risk management systems (IKS/RMS), corporate governance, and M&A issues. He supports owner and management teams in complex matters relating to strategy, financing, reporting, and successful corporate management across generations.
Another focus is on capital market transactions and IPOs: he has extensive experience in preparing IPOs, designing governance and control environments, and preparing capital market-related documentation. He is a member of the IWP working groups on comfort letters and prospectus guidelines.
