Vincent Hruška is a partner in the Deals & Strategy division. He has extensive experience in advising banks and insurance companies and in supporting companies in the context of transactions.
His cross-sector activities focus in particular on company valuations (expert opinions, fairness opinions), purchase price allocation, impairment tests, value driver analyses, and the evaluation of alternative courses of action.
As a member of the Expert Committee for Business Valuation of the Chamber of Tax Advisors and Auditors (KSW), he is actively involved in shaping the valuation-related guidelines and recommendations of the profession.
