Michael Ginner is responsible for the "Automation & AI" division at KPMG with a focus on AI strategy, governance and process automation.
In customer projects, he is responsible for the potential analysis for automation initiatives, the selection of the appropriate technology deployment and the implementation together with the KPMG development team. The objective is end-2-end customer support from the strategy to the target operating model to the productive operation of implemented solutions.
