Friedrich Fraberger is a tax consultant and heads the areas of tax-oriented estate planning and fiscal criminal law/tax litigation within the KPMG Group in Austria. He advises private clients, entrepreneurs and corporate groups on asset and succession planning (inheritance, gifts, endowments), moving to or leaving Austria and tax-optimised structuring.
In fiscal criminal law, he accompanies defenses, voluntary disclosures and preventive measures (financial criminal law prophylaxis) and represents in contentious proceedings. Other areas of focus are corporate tax law, international tax law as well as fees and transaction taxes.
As head of the "Fees and Traffic Taxes" working group of the KSW Senate for Tax Law, he is helping to shape the further development in a practical way. Academically, he is a university lecturer at the Institute of Auditing, Fiduciary and Accounting at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and habilitated in "Business Taxation" at WU.
