Eberhard Bayerl is Deputy Head of Finance & People and has more than 25 years of experience in corporate management, both as a management consultant and in line and interim management roles.
His consulting services cover the entire CFO portfolio, with a focus on strategy and organization, optimization of external and internal accounting, improvement of corporate management, and efficiency enhancement, including digitization/automation within the finance department.
His clients include listed and large companies in the energy, industrial, real estate, banking, and insurance sectors.
In addition, he is the author of numerous specialist publications and co-author of the annual KPMG study “Future of Finance / Digitalization in Accounting” and shares his knowledge as a lecturer at universities and specialist events.
