Dieter Buchberger is a Partner and Head of KPMG Law Austria and has many years of experience in providing legal advice in the financial sector. His focus is on advising national and international clients in the field of corporate finance and asset management as well as advising on banking regulatory law. In addition, he advises on all matters of contract, insolvency and corporate law and represents clients before supervisory authorities and in legal disputes before courts.
He is also the author of numerous publications and books on investment fund law and corporate finance.
