Benjamin Behr is Partner in the Deals & Strategy practice at KPMG and advises companies on mergers & acquisitions, valuations and financial restructurings and is head of KPMG Austria’s Tech & Telecom sector.
He has many years of experience in consulting and operational management. Among other things, he was Managing Director of a medium-sized international manufacturing company and CFO of a listed industrial holding company.
His focus is on providing comprehensive advice along the entire deal process and supporting companies in strategic growth through company acquisitions as well as on exits and divestments in the sectors Industrial Markets, TMT, Mobility & Automotive and Aerospace & Defence.
In addition, Benjamin Behr advises companies on different kind of valuations as well as companies in the field of financial restructuring and regularly talks as specialist speaker.
