      Franz Josef Arztmann is a partner in the public commercial law practice. Within the broad spectrum of public commercial law, his current focus is on advising clients on public procurement, state aid, transport, and energy law. He also regularly advises clients on plant and commercial law.

      Before joining KPMG Law, Franz Josef Arztmann headed the public law and public procurement law practice at a leading commercial law firm in Vienna from 2010 to 2019. Prior to that, he worked for more than five years as a lawyer and trainee lawyer at renowned law firms.
