How does KPMG’s recruitment and selection process work?

Our selection process and its stages differ according to the type of job we are recruiting for. Generally, selection process consists of two different elements: tests/assessment centers and selection interviews. We know you might participate in other processes, and this is therefore an opportunity for you to get to know us better, as well as our professionals and KPMG’s work environment. What is the application deadline for KPMG’s Graduate selection process?

Our Graduate recruitment and selection process is a continuous process with some selection periods, and it only closes when all vacancies are filled. However, we advise you to send in your application as soon as possible, since candidates are contacted in the order in which they applied.

I have finished my Undergraduate/Post-Graduate degree. Can I apply for the Graduate selection process?

Yes. Candidates with some experience as well as candidates still working towards completing their degree participate in the process. If you have already accumulated substantial work experience, check Open job opportunities for any vacancy that suits your career goals.

In which business areas does KPMG offer career opportunities?

KPMG is present in three business areas: audittax and advisory. We are one of the leading companies in Angola operating in each of these areas. 

Can I apply for more than one business area and location? Can I choose where I want to work later?

The vacancies in the page Open job opportunities typically refer to a specific business area and location. In any case, you can send us as many applications as you find relevant taking into account your experience and career goals. In the Graduate selection process candidates apply for the program in general, however, in the first step of the process, you will have to make a preference list of our business areas and locations. We will take your preferences into account.

How should I prepare for my interview at KPMG?

Do you have any preferences regarding the CV formatting? Is it necessary to attach a Cover Letter to the application?

KPMG places no restrictions on CV format and does not require a Cover Letter. However, we share some advices on CV here.

What type of training do you offer to a new KPMG employee?

Abilities, knowledge and skills of new employees are essential to KPMG's success. Therefore training our professionals is a subject of high importance to our company. Last year, KPMG registered more than 65,000 training hours. Each of our business areas has a solid annual training plan, designed to meet the needs of our professionals. KPMG has a dynamic training program for new employees that last more than three weeks and consists of technical and soft skills trainings, with constant challenges and an atmosphere that promotes lasting bonds among colleagues.
