Gayane Galoyan

Gayane has 6 years experience of consulting in spheres of bankruptcy law, banking law, civil law and labor law. Since joining KPMG Armenia in 2021, Gayane has already managed to participate in M&A transactions. Gayane also practices advocacy since 2018, representing her clients’ interests in the courts of general jurisdiction of Armenia and bankruptcy courts, as well as in state and local authorities.
