Vahram has more than 13 years of experience in consulting. Over the course of his career, he has delivered and led engagements in HR advisory, operational improvement, and business process optimization, ICFR services, as well as governance, compliance, and risk-related assignments, including forensic reviews. His experience spans a range of sectors, including banking, credit organizations, telecommunications, energy, mining, manufacturing, the public sector, and international development. He has carried out projects across Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Russia.
