Consulting Assistant - Innovation, AI & Tech Transformation (Functional)

• Support research, analysis of current-state processes, and identification of digital transformation opportunities.
• Assist in preparing transformation roadmaps, solution recommendations, and vendor/technology evaluations.
• Consolidate functional & technical requirements and prepare assessment/strategy deliverables.
• Support overall project governance including meeting documentation, project planning, RAID/deliverable tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Assist in analyzing change impacts, preparing communication/training plans, and supporting user readiness and adoption activities.
• Support designing companies’ Innovation and AI adoption training sessions, assessments and business reports.
• Research and gather insights, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses that support our client recommendations. 
• Support business development and sales proposals to bring clients for the teams and the firm.  
• Learn and apply KPMG Digital, Innovation and AI tools and capabilities.

Experience and knowledge the candidate should have:

• BA degree in business administration, technology management, information systems or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Innovation and entrepreneurship methodologies and techniques (e.g., Design Thinking, BMC, Strategic Foresight, Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of business processes (retail, supply chain, finance, HR, operations...).
• Knowledge in AI adoption, AI Strategy, AI governance, AI product and service development is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management knowledge (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
• Understanding of AI tools, cloud platforms, or automation technologies is an advantage.
• Team player skills with the ability to gather different perspectives to create and build clients’ solutions.
• Good qualitative research and analysis skills.
• Good English level for speaking and writing.
• Good designing skills to create presentations and support the delivery of workshops to large companies.
• Excellent ability for documentation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)  
• Ability to use various AI (Azure, Gemini, Claude, etc.), and visualization tools (Miro, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.) to design innovation concepts (is a plus).
