Developer, Financial Sector Consulting

Office location: Ho Chi Minh City/ Ha Noi

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of consulting and software implementation services (configuration, installation, installation guidance, troubleshooting, operational management guidance) to banking clients and other financial institutions, ensuring both quality and timely delivery.
  • Support the development of software solutions (system design, technical requirement specification, software development, testing) to address client issues and identify opportunities for added value.
  • Conduct thorough research on applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including customer data and information management, technical standards, and industry-specific compliance when required.
  • Translate documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
  • Assist Partners and Directors in proactively managing client relationships and responding to client inquiries effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Address any knowledge gaps through continuous learning and adaptation as needed.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or graduate with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Mathematical Informatics, Statistics, Financial Mathematics, or other related fields with solid knowledge of programming and software deployment.
  • Proficient in Python and the Django framework.
  • Experienced in integrating Python with Active Directory (AD), Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Capable of working with Git and independently deploying Python applications in both On-premise and Cloud environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of big data processing, CSV files, and ETL pipelines.
    • Understanding of setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines.
    • Familiarity with Docker: Dockerfile, docker-compose, etc.
  • Soft Skills:
    • trong analytical skills.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Effective communication in both Vietnamese and English.
    • Self-motivated and a good team player.
    • Enthusiastic, with a "can-do" attitude and a fast learner.
