Customer Solution Consultant (Functional)

Office location: Ho Chi Minh City

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client meetings, support preparation of meeting minutes, and develop a clear understanding of clients’ current customer management processes and CRM system usage.
  • Assist senior team members in performing CRM-related technical tasks, including system configuration, data cleansing, report building, and user support.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery across multiple CRM implementation or enhancement projects, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Conduct internal administrative tasks and follow assigned timelines to ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Carry out research, translation, and documentation activities based on guidance from the line manager, especially related to CRM best practices and customer experience frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to collect business requirements and support solution design.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager and project team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Knowledge or interest in CRM platforms (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent command of both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
  • Basic understanding of customer journey, marketing automation, or digital customer experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
