The regulatory policy of Uzbekistan is the main tool used to manage the economy in the country. To improve the business climate and reduce unnecessary bureaucratic procedures in doing business, the government of Uzbekistan is implementing large-scale administrative reforms. As a result of these reforms, more than 50 licenses and permits have recently been repealed and reduced.
