Nodirbek has been working at KPMG from 1997, and as a partner since 2011. He started his career at KPMG's Tashkent office, where he was involved in assisting a number of audits of the financial statements of banks, as well as major Uzbek companies.
From 2001 to 2005, Nodirbek participated in audit and consultancy projects for banks and financial institutions in Russia, Latvia, and Uzbekistan. In 2005-2007, he engaged in audit and consultancy projects for leading companies operating in the oil and gas sector in Russia.
Nodirbek worked at KPMG's Urals Regional Centre in 2008. He was appointed as Head of the center in 2012 and worked in that position until the end of 2019. Also, he was in charge as head of the KPMG office in Perm, which was opened in 2012.
In 2017, Nodirbek initiated the process of opening a KPMG office in Uzbekistan and has been Managing Partner since the opening.
Nodirbek works on projects in several sectors, including oil and gas, metals and mining, mechanical engineering, consumer goods, telecommunications, retail, automotive, energy and chemicals.
Nodirbek has extensive experience in auditing financial statements under International Accounting Standards and US GAAP, as well as significant experience in providing advisory and consulting services related to the transition of companies to IFRS. He has also been engaged in preparation of clients for IPOs on international stock exchanges.
Nodirbek is a chartered accountant of the USA (the State of Maine), a certified statutory auditor of Uzbekistan, and a certified Russian auditor, member of the Russian Union of Auditors.
