Sarvar Miryakubov

Sarvar Miryakubov joined KPMG Law in 2023. Sarvar has more than 18 years of work experience in legal practice. He specializes in banking law, financial law, corporate law, M&A, capital markets and insolvency law. Sarvar is a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (Belgium) and Financial Services Lawyers Association (UK). He is also a participant of the roundtables of the Chartered Governance Institute of the UK and Ireland on consideration of the Position paper on Restoring Trust in Audit and Corporate Governance and Consultation document on UK Corporate Governance Code. Sarvar has repeatedly taken part in working groups on improvement of the Law “On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders’ Rights”, the Law “On Banks and Banking Activity” and the Law “On securities market”.
