He has experience in providing legal advice to foreign and local companies on matters related to corporate, labor, contractual, immigration law, currency regulation, as well as other business-related issues. In addition, Saidrakhim provides legal support to clients in starting a business in Uzbekistan. Saidrakhim possesses expertise in supporting M&A transactions of private and state enterprises, including conducting legal due diligence of companies operating in various sectors such as metallurgy, manufacturing, agro-industry, hotel business, FMCG, and other industries, with the purpose of their subsequent acquisition or reorganization.
