Alex brings over 20 years’ of IT industry experience, including working in the leading roles at Big-4 companies, as well as at ING, and Barclays. He also worked in a role of a CIO at a major business group.

Alex has a broad range of professional experience that includes managing an IT-enabled transformation programme at a large bank, running an emergency response Project Management Office, following a cyber incident, IT procurement centralisation, system implementation and developing IT and Cybersecurity strategy and architecture, including planning a Security Operations Centre.  When Ukraine faced cyberattacks during 2015-2016, Alex organized and a series of workshops to help business prepare to respond to an intrusion. He has recently led projects designing the IT function and IT governance models at a major business group and IT Applications Roadmap development for a Government client. 

Alex experience spans both the public and private sectors, ranging from financial services to energy and natural resources, and from information, communications and media to chemicals. In addition, Alex is Vice-President of the Kiev Chapter of the international professional non-profit association ISACA. Alex graduated from George Mason University in the USA.

Alex’s mission at KPMG is helping public and private organizations in Ukraine in planning and execution of Digital Transformation, as well as strengthening their Cybersecurity.
