Bogdan Shyshkovskyi

Bodgan has been employed by KPMG since 2017 and has currently over seven years of professional experience in providing legal services to Ukrainian and international clients.

Bodgan’s key competencies include corporate law, banking and financial law, civil and economic law, labor law, and personal data protection. Also Bogdan represents the interests of clients in courts of all levels.

Bodgan has extensive experience in execution of M&As, complex corporate restructuring agreements under the law of Ukraine and the law of England and Wales, including, but not limited to, experience in legal due diligence, preparation of transaction documents, consulting on corporate and labor law issues, complex debt restructuring, structuring of financial and investment activities. Bogdan has extensive experience in the domain of banking and financial regulation.​
