Sona has been employed by KPMG since 2017 and has an extensive experience in providing legal services to Ukrainian and international clients.

While working at KPMG, Sona participated in about 20 legal due diligences covering the areas of labor and intellectual property rights, she took part in numerous projects related to the appointment and change of management personnel of Ukrainian companies, participated in the development and analysis of labor policies and job instructions, consulted clients on various issues of labor law, supported dismissal processes, in particular, the development of a step-by-step plan, alternative scenarios of dismissal, as well as negotiations with employees. In addition, Sona's experience includes employment structuring projects during martial law, including relocation, business travel and payroll issues, etc.
Sona is involved in socially important projects, in particular, her recent experience includes providing comments and proposals on a draft law in the area of labor law within the scope of a pro bono project, and participated in a project of reform of the system of the social security system for persons with limited efficiency.
