ESG issues continue to rise on stakeholders agenda, and investors are placing greater emphasis on ESG-related risks and opportunities. The Board of Directors is accountable for overseeing an organization's sustainability and ESG matters but the Audit Committee plays a crucial role in fulfilling this ESG’s responsibility. Discussion will include the following topics:
