In 2014, audit committees and boards will face an array of challenges stemming from continued global economic uncertainty, political issue, AEC readiness preparation, regulatory pressure, and an interconnected world in which technology is accelerating everything. KPMG is cordially inviting Audit Committee to discuss on the key challenges that should be top-of-mind and areas in which audit committees can play an important role in supporting the board on a broader range of issues under the topic “KPMG’s Audit Committee Priorities for 2014” 

ในปี 2557 นี้ คณะกรรมการตรวจสอบและคณะกรรมการบริหารจะต้องเผชิญกับความท้าทายต่างๆ จากความไม่แน่นอนทางเศรษฐกิจทั่วโลก ปัจจัยทางการเมือง การเตรียมพร้อมกับการเปิดตัวของประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน แรงกดดันในเรื่องของกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับต่างๆ รวมไปถึงบทบาทของเทคโนโลยีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ทางเคพีเอ็มจีขอเรียนเชิญคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบเข้าร่วมสนทนาพร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นในเรื่องของความท้าทายต่างๆ ที่เป็นประเด็นที่สำคัญ รวมถึงบทบาทที่คณะกรรมการตรวจสอบสามารถมีส่วนร่วมในการสนับสนุนการทำงานของคณะกรรมการบริหารภายใต้หัวข้อ “KPMG’s Audit Committee Priorities for 2014”
