- Jakkra has over 6 years extensive experience working in debt restructuring and M&A in Thailand. He works closely with clients to understand their situation, future cash flow needs and finds suitable solutions for external stakeholders including banks, legal advisors, suppliers and regulators.
- Jakkra has extensive experience of the whole process of the Thai business reorganization process, including preparing rehabilitation petition, counter-argument document, debt claims auditing, plan rehabilitation conducting, plan administrator role, creditors’ committee meeting arrangement, quarterly implementation of the rehabilitation plan report and preparing cancelled rehabilitation petition.
- Jakkra qualified as a financial advisory approved by SEC, Thailand. He has strongly understanding on preparation and disclosure of information in compliance with SEC and SET regulations.
