Managing accounting and tax affairs becomes a challenge, and could become expensive, when companies face difficulties in recruiting and retaining qualified staff. Moreover, keeping up-to-date with constant regulation changes can prove difficult. KPMG in Thailand offers outsourced accounting, tax compliance and tax advisory services in response to the growing needs of clients – especially those starting a business in Thailand such as -

  • Process company registration with Department of Business Development
  • Process VAT registration with Revenue Department
  • Apply for Tax e-Filing with Revenue Department
  • Post the accounting transactions, prepare the financial report, coordinate and liaison with external auditor
  • Dealing with tax authorities
  • Accounting and tax advice
  • Tax risk review

Responsibilities

  • Gather and file all accounting and tax documents.  
  • Post transactions in accounting software.  
  • Assist supervisor to prepare accounting and tax reports. (e.g.PND1, 3, 53, 54, PP30, 36) 
  • Assist supervisor to prepare corporate income tax returns (PND51 & PND50). 
  • Prepare payroll calculation and other relevant. 
  • Coordinate with clients to support in basic accounting and tax matters. 
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.  
  • To participate in new software implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting. 
  • Minimum 0-2 years experiences in accounting, auditing and taxation.  
  • New graduate is also welcomed. 
  • Experience working in an outsourced accounting firm is preferrable. 
  • Multitasking, time management and communication skills are required. 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • Good command of both speaking and writing in English (business level) is required.
  • CPD certificate will be an advantage. 
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP (SAP, Xero, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamic 365,etc.)
