Responsibilities

  • Design development programs, including but not limited to training curriculum, courses, events, workshops, seminars, gamification and online learning activities.
  • Work closely with the subject matter experts to transform content into engaging and effective learning experiences, activities, and assessments, ensuring constructive alignment.
  • Instruct and facilitate engaging and effective learning programs to guide participants and create experiences that align with learning objectives.
  • Create a learning environment and foster trust that ultimately leads to a positive and productive learning experiences.
  • Drive process improvement in the learning design team to enhance learning engagement and experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in related fields (preferable in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development or Industrial Psychology).
  • At least 5 years experience in learning and development, instructional design and workshop facilitation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management System and software i.e. SuccessFactors, Kaltura, Degreed, etc.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
