Join KPMG Thailand’s Business Transformation Services team as an HR Consultant specializing in Organization Design and Manpower Analysis. You will work with leading Thai and multinational organizations to reshape their operating models, optimize workforce structures, and align talent strategies with business goals. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful change across industries while developing deep expertise in strategic HR advisory.

Responsibilities

  • Organization Design & Operating Model Development

    • Lead or support the design of future-state organizational structures aligned with business strategy.

    • Conduct current-state assessments and identify gaps in roles, spans, layers, and governance.

    • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to co-create design principles and organizational blueprints.

  • Manpower Planning & Workforce Optimization

    • Analyze workforce data to assess productivity, cost efficiency, and talent deployment.

    • Develop manpower models and headcount forecasts based on transformation scenarios.

    • Advise on role rationalization, workforce sizing, and strategic workforce planning.

  • HR Transformation & Change Enablement

    • Support clients in HR strategy development, job architecture, competency frameworks, and career pathing.

    • Collaborate on change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new structures and processes.

    • Provide insights on HR trends, benchmarking, and digital enablers.

  • Project Delivery & Client Engagement

    • Manage or contribute to project delivery across industries and transformation programs.

    • Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for client stakeholders and executives.

    • Support business development efforts including proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field.

  • 4–10 years of experience in HR consulting, organization design, workforce planning, or transformation. Prior experience in a consulting firm is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in Thai and English.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, HRIS platforms, and digital HR tools is a plus.
