Job Description
Guest Relations Coordinator will be a key liaison between KPMG and its clients and will deliver a memorable service experience to clients. The GRO is also responsive to situations and activities that take place in the lobby and reception area. This includes meeting, greeting, escorting all guests, anticipating their needs and delivering hospitable services to create the best impression on our clients and guests.
Responsibilities
Provide the good first impression to all guests while presenting a professional and friendly image of KPMG
Customizes clients’ visit schedules which include the preparation of the visit, administering each aspect of the visit experience and maintaining clients’ preference in database.
Greet and welcome both internal and external guests, clients, escort to meeting room, attend to clients’ special requests by providing general administrative and clerical support
Coordinate with other departments and involved parties to ensure a perfect visit for clients.
Meeting follow-up and feedback by recording clients’ preferences and notes in the database, provide feedback to host/booker for improvement
Manage meeting room bookings and usage by both employees and clients and resolve schedule conflicts
Answers the telephone, screens and directs phone calls at Reception Area.
Direct visitors to correct person and deal with queries from the public and clients
Ensure the safety, security and loss control policies and procedures are compiled with the Firm’s policies.
To perform any other related duties and special projects as assigned with a focus on providing administrative support for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), including documentation, coordination, and activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields (PR, Hotel & Tourism, Communications are preferred)
At least one year working experience in Front Office is an advantage
Excellent Service minded and enthusiastic
Pleasant personality with good guest interaction skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Good command of English skills both speaking and writing
Computer literate: especially proficiency in MS-Office
Able to work under pressure
