Admin, Messenger support (yearly contract)

Responsibilities

  • Managing delivery schedules, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to/from clients.
  • Managing transportation budgets and optimizing delivery routes, preparing expenses and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure timely and safe delivery of items.
  • Track deliveries and provide delivery status updates to clients and customers.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed - filing documents, organizing  paperwork, and providing general support to the administrative team.

Qualifications

  • High vocational certificate or equivalent.
  • Driving experience to navigate through the city confidently is preferred.
  • Good communication skill with clearly and effectively, both in person and through phone/other channels.
  • Ability to prioritize, time management, and well organized.
  • Familiar and able to use Microsoft Offices.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality is required, handle and ensure that sensitive information remains secure and protected.
  • Service minded skill is highly preferred.
