Responsibilities
- Managing delivery schedules, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to/from clients.
- Managing transportation budgets and optimizing delivery routes, preparing expenses and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure timely and safe delivery of items.
- Track deliveries and provide delivery status updates to clients and customers.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed - filing documents, organizing paperwork, and providing general support to the administrative team.
Qualifications
- High vocational certificate or equivalent.
- Driving experience to navigate through the city confidently is preferred.
- Good communication skill with clearly and effectively, both in person and through phone/other channels.
- Ability to prioritize, time management, and well organized.
- Familiar and able to use Microsoft Offices.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality is required, handle and ensure that sensitive information remains secure and protected.
- Service minded skill is highly preferred.
