Job Description

An effective, well-managed IT system is one of the most valuable business advantages an organization can secure. The right technology, implemented properly, appropriately managed and monitored, can lead to significant gains in growth and efficiency. It is essential to get sound business advice to ensure technology risks are managed. IT is challenging to get right and expensive to get wrong — not only in terms of dollars spent, but also in lost efficiency and potential regulatory infringements.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Delivery of value-added technology risk services to clients
  • Lead small teams of professionals in delivering technology risk services to clients
  • Responsibility for the overall output from client engagements
  • Scoping, managing delivery risk, production and review of deliverables
  • Building and managing excellent client relationships
  • Actively identifying and progressing business development opportunities, as well as managing sales activities such as proposal writing and assisting with client presentations
  • Coaching and developing team members on engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college/university in Information Systems and Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information System, Technology Management, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience of successfully delivering technology risk services or internal/external audit to clients
  • Experience in business analysis and understanding of core business processes
  • A good understanding of technology platforms
  • Experience in leading teams and developing junior team members
  • Ability to present on specific subjects to a large group of people
  • Experience in identifying and assessing complex IT risks and controls, to relate them to the wider business environment and to express opinions clearly to all levels
  • Ability to develop excellent client and internal relationships
  • Ability to deliver work within tight timescales, to budget and to a high quality
  • Strong understanding of IT frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL), relevant standards (e.g. ISO 27K, PCI DSS) and regulations.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and good English
