Job Description

The Technology Enablement (Tech-TE) team at KPMG Thailand supports clients in modernizing their business operations through enterprise technologies, digital platforms, automation, and data enabled process improvements. Our work spans digital roadmaps, system design and implementation, enterprise transformation programs, PMO, and change enablement. 

Roles and responsibilities

Digital & Enterprise Transformation 

  • Conduct current state process and technology assessments to identify modernization opportunities across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement, and other operational functions. 

  • Design future state process flows and target operating models that integrate enabling technologies such as ERP, automation, workflow platforms, cloud solutions, and data analytics. 

  • Support clients in shaping technology transformation strategies, operating model redesign, and solution roadmaps. 

  • Assess opportunities for automation (AI, workflow automation, lowcode/nocode apps) and support implementation planning. 

ERP, Platform & Solution Enablement 

  • Help clients with technology assessment, comparison and selection, feasibility assessments, and solution architecture definition for enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce). 

  • Work closely with technical teams in functional design, configuration guidance, requirements validation, user testing activities, and go-live. 

  • Assist in ensuring alignment between business requirements, solution designs, and implementation plans. 

PMO & Technology Delivery Governance 

  • Support PMO functions for medium to largescale transformation initiatives, including progress tracking, RAID management, stakeholder alignment, and quality assurance. 

  • Prepare structured project documentation, progress reports/dashboards, and executive updates that enable decision making. 

  • Monitor vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with project scope and methodology. 

  • Collaborate on change management activities such as training content, user readiness assessments, stakeholder communications, and adoption programs. 

Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence 

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and client working sessions with both business and technology stakeholders. 

  • Deliver high-quality analyses, recommendations, and structured deliverables using KPMG consulting methodologies. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields. 

  • 4–8 years of experience in digital transformation, technology enablement, ERP related roles, process improvement, or PMO. 

  • Experience in one or more areas: 

  • Business process analysis and technology enabled process redesign 

  • ERP or enterprise system programs (SAP experience preferred) 

  • PMO, program governance, or change management 

  • Solution design and implementation for enterprise platforms 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with both business and technical teams. 

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English. 

  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (cloud platforms, AI/ML, data platforms, advanced analytics) is an advantage. 

  • Strong competency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
