Domagoj is well experienced in applying International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), Croatian Financial Reporting Standards (“CFRS”) and Slovenian Accounting Standards (“SAS”).
He is an accounting advisory specialist with a focus on service concession agreements and common control and merger/demerger transactions. Has been involved in financial advisory projects with a focus on group reorganization, restructuring, common control transactions and financial analysis. Spent 15 months in 2009 and 2010 working as the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board of a Croatian listed company.
