    This ranking is based on a comprehensive survey that collected over 300,000 recommendations from more than 50,000 employees across 14 countries, highlighting KPMG’s position as a leading employer in shaping the future workforce.

    KPMG ranked in the top 10 of Universum’s 2024 Singapore’s Most Attractive Employers ranking, standing out as the only accounting firm in the top 10. This ranking reflects the aspirations of business and commerce university students, who view KPMG as the employer of choice - a place to collaborate and work across diverse fields, pursue passions, and develop future-ready skills to accelerate careers.

    KPMG's commitment to nurturing talent goes beyond professional growth. It provides an environment where employees make a meaningful impact on clients, its people, and communities. This ranking is based on a comprehensive survey of over 6,500 students across 11 universities and 118 fields of study in Singapore, highlighting KPMG's role as a leading employer that shapes the future workforce.

 

  • KPMG recognised as a Champion of Good by the National Volunteer and Philanthropic Centre (NVPC)

    KPMG has been recognised as a Champion of Good by the NVPC, the highest form of accolade with a validity of three years. The recognition highlights KPMG’s social impact and its influence on stakeholders to drive purposeful outcomes. KPMG’s contributions include investments to strengthen innovation in financial services and ESG, as well as in other areas such as workforce training, competitive salary enhancements and the adoption of leading-edge technology. The firm has also championed the employability of differently-abled talents through mentorship programmes, as well as prioritising procurement from social enterprises working with disadvantaged communities. This is the third time KPMG has been recognised under the programme.

 

  • KPMG ranked among Singapore's 100 Leading Graduate Employers 2024

    KPMG has been recognised as one of Singapore’s top three firms in the accounting and financial management as well as consulting sectors, according to votes from over 11,600 local students and graduates in Singapore's longest-running annual national careers survey. Overall, KPMG ranked #36 among 100 companies across 16 sectors. The Singapore’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers ranking is formed by student votes from universities across the country, as gathered via the annual Singapore Graduate Barometer.

    We are ranked as the country’s top five professional services firm and among the top 170 employers by The Straits Times’ annual ranking of the top employers in Singapore. This is the second time KPMG has been recognised, having previously been honoured in 2022. The evaluation process assessed over 2,000 employers in 27 industry sectors and surveyed more than 14,000 employees across various brands in Singapore, garnering over 220,000 opinions. This achievement underscores our unwavering commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity, employee health and well-being, as well as continuous learning opportunities.
