Other models - K3

This model is structured in Excel and makes the analysis of any needs for impairment suggested by different forecasts simpler and more efficient. Users need to be familiar with company valuations to be able to use the model correctly. We therefore offer an hour of guidance on the model with an accounting specialist.

Price: SEK 9,500 excluding VAT. The price includes one hour of guidance. The template is in Swedish, but an English version of the impairment model is also available for purchase.

We have created a simplified model for lease accounting, in accordance with K3 and RKR R5. This model calculates items such as the financial lease liability, lease expenses divided into interest and amortization, and accounting of deferred tax, for a single lease contract.

This is a web based tool that assist with component division of properties according to K3. The model creates a suggestions for component, division and useful life based on your property. The suggestion is adjustable, suitable for both single and multiple properties and users and exports the data to Excel or CSV. Komponentmodellen is in Swedish.

Other models - IFRS

A calculation model for site leaseholds and other non-cancellable leases as a supplement to the calculation models already offered for IFRS 16. Once information has been entered regarding rents and the discount rate, the model calculates the values for the items affected, such as assets and liabilities. All data is collated in a simple and easy-to-understand way based on the IFRS 16 instructions.

This model makes it possible for users to work with several assets within the same model. The model shows comprehensive information regarding the items affected on the balance sheet and income statement during the entire leasing period, and it is also possible to enter information about changes in the lease during the course of the period.
