Reliability and integrity go hand in hand
– In my line of work, people expect you to have integrity and offer recommendations based on data and expertise. Being clear and straightforward builds trust. I don’t hesitate to share my honest thoughts. I make sure to report any issues with a client, particularly when they don’t meet the required standards. If they’re not acting in line with stock market regulations, even though they’re publicly traded, or if their reporting controls aren’t up to par, I am direct yet always offer constructive ideas for improvement. I often receive positive feedback for this approach, and it is one of the ways in which I make my mark at work.
Having fun at work
–I really enjoy new projects where I can start from scratch and build a solid foundation for both reporting and the relationship between our team and the client’s team. I love creating structures, learning the client’s business, identifying potential risks, and figuring out how to address them while setting up clear routines and processes. It’s an exciting and enjoyable part of my job.
–That said, the real reward comes over time with the client work. When collaboration runs smoothly, everyone is happy, and the structure, which required so much time and effort in the beginning, proves to work well in the long run. That’s when I know that I have truly made a mark on the client.
