      Victoria: Reimagining legal work with AI 

      I am a management consultant, and I lead digital transformation journeys for large companies. Being a woman working in tech is becoming much more common, especially at KPMG, but I still think there should be even more of us. This is why being a female role model in tech matters the most to me.

      Technology transformation projects are extensive and cover all aspects of our clients' value chains – they are truly inspiring to be a part of. The great thing about KPMG is that we have all the experience, knowledge and expertise needed to support our clients on their transformation journey. We have large, diverse teams in place to be by our clients’ side, and as an engineer I bring my technical background to the table. There are a lot of women and great role models here already, but my goal is to inspire even more to join us. I say this with confidence because I enjoy working here. The projects are challenging, the work is exciting, and you have colleagues to support you all the way. 


      Pernilla: Turning AI potential into business impact

      Pernilla Hamrén, Manager at KPMG’s Nordic Insights Center, is passionate about making AI real and relevant for businesses. She helps clients move from curiosity to confidence by co-creating solutions that align with strategy and drive impact.

      At the heart of her philosophy is a simple truth: AI is only as powerful as the people behind it. By creating spaces where experimentation is encouraged and learning is continuous, Pernilla helps clients build the skills and mindset needed to thrive in an AI-enabled future.

      “Technology may provide insights, but it’s people who ask the questions, challenge assumptions, and turn potential into impact,” Pernilla says. “The more empowered and confident teams feel with AI, the greater the results they can achieve.”


      Johanna: Elevating Audit with AI 

      Johanna Hagström, Audit Partner and Head of Business Development & Innovation, is redefining how AI supports audit quality. Her team uses AI to detect anomalies, assess risk, and generate sharper insights, all while maintaining human oversight.

      “AI is changing how audits are done by making it easier to find unusual patterns and assess risks. It helps auditors look at data faster and spot problems more accurately, leading to better results and understanding,” Johanna says.

      Johanna sees AI as a catalyst for better decision-making. But it’s not just about speed - it’s also about depth. Transparency and accountability are central to her approach, ensuring that AI is used as a trusted colleague, one whose outputs can be validated, understood, and acted upon with confidence.
