Female Tech Engineer is designed to empower female engineering students as they prepare to enter the tech industry. Through this program, KPMG will engage with 30 talented students and help them take the first steps toward a career in the tech industry.
The Female Tech Engineer program focuses on students nearing graduation, offering them a unique opportunity to connect with leading Swedish companies, build valuable networks, and accelerate their career journeys. Running from January to March, the program culminates in a gala, where one participant will be honored as Female Tech Engineer of the Year.
A day at KPMG: Learning and networking
During the office visit on January 28 the program participants will explore several of our departments that actively recruit engineers and take part in an inspiring day filled with workshops, seminars, and networking opportunities.
We are thrilled to announce that our colleagues Agnieszka Inglot and Federica Buschmann will host the partner visit. Agnieszka was crowned Female Tech Engineer in 2025 and now works within Management Consulting (MC). Her journey exemplifies the program’s impact and the exciting career paths it opens for talented engineers. We are proud to have several Female Tech Engineer-alumni within KPMG, from previous years.
