Henrik joined Transaction Services in 2005. Before joining Transaction Services, Henrik worked three years in KPMG audit, auditing companies in various sectors such as finance, real estate, health care and oil and gas.
Henrik has also worked as an internal management consultant within SEB for 18 months, focusing on internal processes and continuous improvements. Henrik is heading the Deal Advisory Real Estate team in Sweden. In addition to Real Estate transactions, Henrik has worked with a wide range of corporate and Private Equity clients focusing on Transaction Services. Henrik has experience in buy-side due diligence, vendor due diligence and assistance, IBR/restructuring and completion accounts.
